Principal Cloud & Platform Consultant
I’m Prem Gurung. My background spans more than a decade in IT, starting in Linux administration and moving into cloud consulting.
My focus is AWS architecture, platform engineering and resilience: understanding how technical choices affect delivery, operational effort and the teams responsible for the platform.
How I approach the work
I start with the business problem and the people who own it. Together, we clarify requirements, align stakeholders, evaluate trade-offs and turn decisions into prioritised engineering work with clear ownership.
Through TechTalkGurung, I share practical technical writing and offer independent consulting for teams in Nepal and internationally. You work directly with me on the architecture and recommendations.
