Consulting
Clear decisions. Practical engineering outcomes.
I work with engineering leaders, growing technology businesses and software teams in Nepal and internationally. Each engagement starts with your business problem, constraints and the decisions your team needs to make. Scope is agreed after an initial conversation.
AWS Architecture Session
For teams facing a specific architecture, migration or scaling decision.
I work with you to clarify your requirements, map the relevant dependencies and compare viable options against delivery, reliability and operational constraints.
You leave with:
- A concise problem statement and agreed priorities.
- Architecture options and their key trade-offs.
- Recommended next steps, open questions and decision ownership.

Platform Engineering Review
For teams whose infrastructure delivery depends on repeated manual work or unclear ownership.
I review your infrastructure as code, delivery workflows, Kubernetes/EKS, developer self-service and platform adoption. The aim is a platform that helps teams deliver independently and can be maintained by its owners.
You receive:
- A review of delivery bottlenecks, platform boundaries and ownership.
- Recommendations for reusable capabilities, automation and guardrails.
- A prioritised improvement plan with adoption and operational considerations.
AWS Resilience Assessment
For organisations that need to understand whether their recovery plans match their business requirements.
I examine failure scenarios across traffic routing, networking, compute, Kubernetes, data, identity, observability and deployment. Multi-region architecture is considered where recovery requirements justify its complexity.
The assessment covers architecture dependencies, recovery time and recovery point objectives (RTO/RPO), failover mechanisms, backups, runbooks and operational ownership.
Deliverables are agreed to fit your scope and can include:
- A resilience scorecard and architecture findings.
- Failure-mode analysis and prioritised resilience risks.
- RTO/RPO gap analysis and target architecture recommendations.
- A 30/60/90-day remediation roadmap with owners and validation steps.
An architecture review identifies assumptions and gaps; recovery readiness also needs evidence from agreed recovery exercises.

How an engagement starts
Tell me what you are trying to achieve, why it matters now and what is getting in the way. We’ll establish the scope, required inputs and useful deliverables before work begins.
